SENTENCED

  Raul Anthony Lujan, 30, of 1722 W. 27th St., by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to six months jail, with five months 23 days suspended, three years supervised probation for assault domestic violence; pay $1,800 probation fees, not to possess or consume alcohol while on three years probation; alcohol counseling.

  Samuel N. Deckard, 41, of 2284 S. Mary Ave., by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to pay $1,455 fine, 24 hours in jail and alcohol screening, for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

  Andrew Thomas, 18, of 1946 S. Walnut Ave., No. 34, by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to six months jail, suspended; three years probation for shoplifting.

  Steven Ray Miranda, 18, of 151 W. 21st Place, by Municipal Court Judge Doug Stanley, to six months jail, five months 28 days suspended for domestic violence assault, three years probation; four months jail, suspended, two years probation for criminal damage.

  Alicia Salazar, 30, of San Luis, Ariz., by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to six months in jail, may buy out of jail time by paying $900 by 5 p.m. Aug. 29; pay restitution to victims for domestic violence.

  Ana Mojardin,  23, of 197 S. 21st Ave., by Municipal Court Judge Doug Stanley, to six months jail, suspended, three years unsupervised probation, six months jail suspended, three years supervised probation for disorderly conduct, domestic violence; four months jail, suspended, two years supervised probation for criminal damage.

  Daniel Molina, 29, of 1440 W. 4th St., by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to four months jail, suspended, two years supervised probation, drug counseling, for assault; six months jail, five months eight days suspended, two years supervised probation for disorderly conduct; six months jail, suspended, two years probation, drug counseling for possession of drug paraphernalia.

  Charles F. Echandia-Davis, 46, of 2221 E. Calle Alegre, by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to 36 months supervised probation, 10 days in jail, credit 24 hours served, surrender driver's license for three years, $1,380 fine for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor with a minor present.

  Ricardo Alvarado, 36, of Somerton, by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to 36 months supervised probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

  Noel Lopez, 29, of Pima County, Ariz., by Superior Court Judge Andrew Gould, to one year in prison, less 35 days served, serve term of community service consecutive to term of imprisonment, for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.

  Marco Antonio Barajas Robles, 27, of Somerton, by Superior Court Judge Andrew Gould, to six months in prison, credit of 49 days served, serve term of community service consecutive to prison time, for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

  Gregory D. Headman, 42, of Mesa, Ariz., by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to 24 months supervised probation, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
