SENTENCED

  Azkary Kazma, 33, of 8242 Yavapai Lane, by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to six years in prison, credit of 137 days served for attempted possession of dangerous drugs for sale, plus community supervision consecutive to term of prison; to 2-1/2 years prison and community supervision consecutive to imprisonment, for misconduct involving weapons; forfeiture of weapons.

  Martin Trujillo Sanchez, 66, of 945 S. Palm Ave, Space P, by Superior Court Judge Andrew Gould, to four months in prison, less credit of 195 days served, 36 months supervised probation for aggravated driving or actual physical control while under influence of intoxicating liquor with minor present; $1,380 fine.

  Joshua Russell Moyano, 18, of 1334 S. Avenue B, No. 181, by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to 36 months supervised probation, two consecutive weekends in jail for attempted burglary in third degree.

  Steven Ronald Winans, 45, of Phoenix, by Superior Court Judge Andrew Gould, to 1-1/2 years prison, credit 64 days served for criminal damage; "new" count, failure to appear, remanded to prison for 1-1/2 years, credit of 64 days served; consecutive to prison community supervision three months; $25,837.06 in restitution to insurance company.
