  Michael Valle, 27, of 1406 S. 8th Ave., by Municipal Court Judge Doug Stanley, to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, two days time served, alcohol screening, pay $1,470 fine and $20 case fee, for driving while under the influence of alcohol

  Jesse Arnold Carrillo, 49, of 2713 S.
