Adrian Pimenta Rodriguez, 21, of 2430 S. 30th Drive, by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to one year in prison, less 108 days served, plus one month supervised community service for fraudulent use of a credit card, and 2-1/2 years in prison, less 108 days served, plus four months supervised community service for attempted aggravated assault.

Jesus Rochas, 39, of 620 S. Madison Ave., by Superior Court Judge Larry Kenworthy, to 10 days in jail, drug screening and counseling, plus 36 months supervised probation for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.
