  Carrie Lee Berry, 28, of 845 Cactus Drive, by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to six months in jail, with five months 28 days suspended, three years probation for theft.

 Andrew Thomas, 18, of Somerton, by Municipal Court Judge Doug Stanley, to six months jail, with three months suspended, three years probation, for shoplifting; six months jail suspended, three years probation, for threats.

 Ruben Hector Ornelas, 29, no fixed address, by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis to six months in jail, with five months 19 days suspended, three years supervised probation, $1,800 probation fees, for interference with judicial proceedings.

 Karina Moreno, 31, of 2525 S. Virginia Drive, No. 11B, by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to 60 days in jail, suspended, two years unsupervised probation, for assault, domestic violence; 60 days in jail, suspended, two years unsupervised probation for disorderly conduct, domestic violence.

 Reynaldo Garcia, 45, of Somerton, by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to six months jail, suspended, three years unsupervised probation for assault, domestic violence; six months jail, suspended, three years unsupervised probation, for disorderly conduct, domestic violence.

 Gerald Mahoney, 55, Winterhaven, by Municipal Court Judge Doug Stanley, to 10 days in jail, with nine days suspended, alcohol screening, $1,470 fine, $20 case fee, for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

  Francisco Guerrero, 25, of 121 S. 7th Ave., by Superior Court Judge Richard W. Donato to 2-1/2 years in prison, less credit of 82 days served, pay $813.50 in restitution, plus four months supervised community service, for burglary in the third degree.

 Daniel James Stanley Parkhurst, 20, of 1111 S. 12th Ave., by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to 24 months supervised probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

 Maurice Eddington, 38, of San Diego, by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to 18 months supervised probation, for possession of Drug paraphernalia.

 Adam Joseph Baldwin, 29, of Yuma, by Superior Court Judge Mark Reeves, to 24 months of supervised probation for attempted fraudulent insurance claim.

  Matthew Marvyn Smith, 17, of 529 S. 41st Way, by Superior Court Judge Larry C. Kenworthy, to 90 days in jail, with eligibility for work furlough, training or school; 60 months intensive probation, after serving 40 days,  pay $2,326.59 restitution, for burglary in the second degree.

  Steven Matthew Seale, 22, of 1825 West Del Sol Lane, by Larry Kenworthy, to 24 months supervised probation, pay $1,676.32 restitution to Yuma County Victim Services, for endangerment.  

  Andrew Thomas Rico, 23, of 1972 S. Madison Ave., by Superior Court Judge Mark W. Reeves, to 7-1/2 years in prison, credit of 327 days already served, and serve term of community service consecutive to term of imprisonment, for aggravated assault.

  Ryan Tyler Watte, 25, of 2100 S. Avenue A, by Superior Court Judge John Paul Plante, to 24 months supervised probation, for endangerment.

  Cruz Duarte, 39, of 1426 W. 17th St., by Superior Court Judge Larry Kenworthy, to 60 days in jail, 36 months supervised probation, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

  Jessica Hayes, 25, of Somerton, by Municipal Court Judge Nancy Davis, to six months in jail with five months 29 days suspended, three years probation, pay $194 fine, plus $20 case fee, for shoplifting.

  Jose I. Sanchez, 37, of Somerton, by Municipal Court Judge Doug Stanley, to six months jail, five months 28 days suspended, three years probation, pay $140 incarceration fee, for domestic violence aggression; six months jail, suspended, three years probation for disorderly conduct; four months jail, two years probation, for preventing use of a telephone for emergency service. All domestic violence, and each count to have domestic violence counseling.

  Dennis L. Acosta, 24, of 901 S. Bell Ave., by Municipal Court Judge Doug Stanley, to six months jail, suspended, three years probation for shoplifting.

  Monte Anderson, 56, of 1232 S. 5th Ave., by Municipal Court Judge Doug Stanley, to six months jail, suspended, three years probation for shoplifting.
