A Yuma Police Department patrolman takes a photo of a crime scene Monday afternoon near the intersection of Arizona Avenue and 16th Street. The crime was an apparent hit-and-run type of motor vehicle incident, in which an unknown motorist struck and decapitated a traffic divider sign on Arizona Avenue, just south of 16th Street.
