Candidates for Yuma County's two seats in the state House of Representatives and for the District 2 seat on the county board of supervisors will meet in a candidate forum Thursday evening.

The forum, sponsored by The Sun, will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harvest Preparatory Academy, 350 E. 18th St., and is open to the public.

The House candidates are Democratic incumbents Lynne Pancrazi and Theresa Ulmer and Republican Russ Jones. Supervisor candidates are Republican incumbent Russell McCloud and Democratic challenger Donna Phipps.

The candidates will compete in the Nov. 4 general election. Early voting begins Thursday.
