The Yuma Sun recently asked candidates in the Nov. 2 elections to answer a series of questions about their stances on various issues to help readers learn more about each candidate.
On Sept. 27, the Yuma Sun emailed the state candidates participating in races that Yumans can vote on in the Nov. 2 elections.
Those who did not respond include U.S. Senate candidate John McCain, U.S. Representative District 7 candidate George Keane, governor candidates Jan Brewer and Larry Gist, secretary of state candidates Chris Deschene and Ken Bennett, attorney general candidate Tom Horne, state treasurer candidates Andrei Cherny, Thomas Meadows and Thane Eichenauer, and superintendent of public instruction candidate John Huppenthal.
