5-14 Essay contest correction
Comments 0 | Recommend 0A story on Page A3 of the May 2 edition of The Sun listed the incorrect number of students who entered essays in the 2008 Law Day Essay Contest sponsored by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education.
There were 90 essays submitted on the theme "How Should the Courts Uphold the Rule of Law?" Cory Stevens, a Cibola High School senior, was one of 13 winners from around the state in the competition. He received a $250 scholarship that he plans to use at Arizona State University.
The Sun regrets the error.
