Foothills homes part of open house event
Looking for a new home? Check a few out next weekend at the latest Yuma Sun/RE Magazine Open House Event.
Homes in the Foothills will be part of the tour from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26. Appointments aren't needed, so prospective buyers are encouraged to visit all of the homes. Prize drawings will be held at each house. Keep your eyes peeled in RE Magazine and the Yuma Sun for maps and descriptions of the featured properties.
A similar event will be held in town on Feb. 2.
The Yuma Sun/RE Magazine launched its Open House Event series in 2012, and last held a similar event in November. Potential buyers will find real estate professionals on hand to answer their questions about financing and homeownership and either give them walk-throughs or allow them to check out the houses at their leisure. The viewings are free of charge.
