When the driveway lights at Burger King, 2411 S. 4th Ave., don't want to work, you can't just run out and put in a new a 100-watt bulb. No, that's where Rigo Curiel, of Sign Masters, comes in. Here Curiel works on the high-intensity lighting outside the burger restaurant Tuesday morning.
