Police watching 24th Street in ongoing safety patrol

Starting Monday, officers with the Yuma Police Department will monitor 24th Street as part of the ongoing Project Drive Safe.
Officers will be watching for speeders, as well as turning and pedestrian violations.
As of Dec. 3, Drive Safe has resulted in 2,692 citations.
