James Evans has a front row seat to the annual Storybook parade held Wednesday at the Child Development Learning Lab on the main campus of Arizona Western College. Evans and children from the Dr. Kathryn A. Watson Child Development Learning Laboratory dress up as favorite book characters and bring the book in with them.
