Woman sought in connection with drive-by shooting
Yuma police are seeking the public's help locating a woman who may have information about a drive-by shooting in Yuma in October.
The woman is Melinda Marquez, 26, who is believed to have been present at the time of the drive-by shooting at 9 a.m. Oct. 11 in the 2000 block of West 8th Street.
She is being sought for questioning in the incident, which is being considered by police as an attempted murder. Police also are seeking a small single-cab truck she was believed to be riding in on the night of the shooting.
No other details about Marquez were available from police.
