Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Yuma police are seeking the public's help finding the robber who took an undisclosed sum of money from a Yuma insurance agency at knifepoint Wednesday morning.

The robber displayed a knife and demanded money from an employee of Allstate Insurance, 3939 S. Avenue 3E, at 8:41 a.m., Yuma police said in a news release.

The robber - described as being in his 20s, tall and thin - fled on foot, police said. He was described as wearing a red baseball cap, white T-shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information about the holdup is asked to call police at 373-4700 or, to remain anonymous, 78-CRIME.
