Sex offender has a new address

A Level 2 sex offender recently released from jail is residing in a Yuma neighborhood.

Doyle Adam Daniel, 21, is now living at 2550 S. Virginia Drive, A11. He is described by police as 6 feet tall, about 140 pounds with green eyes and brown hair. Daniel is considered by police to have a medium risk of reoffending.

Doyle was arrested in late 2011 and charged with two counts of sexual conduct with a minor after a police investigation determined he had sexual relations with a female juvenile he knew.

Both charges were dropped in a plea agreement on April 26 in which Daniel agreed to plead guilty to one count of aggravated assault with sexual motivation.

He was sentenced by Judge Larry Kenworthy to 90 days in the Yuma County Detention Center and 36 months of intensive probation.
