As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.

If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.

• Nicholas Saxby — Male, 19, height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 160 pounds. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Aliases: Nicholas Paul Saxby, Nick Saxby. His probation violations are for the original convictions of burglary and theft, both Class 4 felonies.

• Ulysses Alfaro — Male, 28. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 200 pounds. Black hair, brown hair. Aliases: Ulysses Adame Alfaro, Ulysses Alfaro Adame. Tattoos: “Adame” on the left leg, “Alfaro” on the right leg, and a Joker face on the right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.

• Miguel Angel Rivera — Male, 18. Height 5 feet 1 inches, weight 130 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Miguel Angel Rivera-Flores. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of dangerous drugs for sale, a Class 3 felony.
