As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.

If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.

Sandra Lynn Horkovy — Female, 45. Height 5 feet 4 inches, weight 128 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Sandy Karnes, Terri Lynn Robinson, Lisa Lorraine Taylor, Barbara Cuchta. Tattoos: a moon with lightning bolts on the right wrist, and “Ron” on the left wrist. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of two counts of forgery, both Class 4 felonies.

Armando Herrera Peralta — Male, 23. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 215 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Armando Alejandro Peralta. Tattoos: “AP” on the right arm, and three dots on right middle finger. His probation violation is for the original conviction of criminal trespass in the first degree, a Class 6 felony.

Efrain Ruiz — Male, 21. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 123 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “1” on the left shoulder, “C” on the right shoulder and “Ruiz” on the back. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of narcotic drug for sale, a Class 3 felony.
