As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.
If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Beto Borquez at 329-2210, Ext. 2342. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Bryan Edward Suerken — Male, 27. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 165 pounds. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Tattoos: left arm sleeved to include several skulls, “Kirstyn” with a portrait on the right forearm, a skull on the right shoulder and “Suerken” on the back. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 4 felony.
• Abel Lozano — Male, Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 210 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Jose M. Gutierrez, Lozano Abel. Tattoos: a question mark on the left hand, a single dot on the web of hand, on the right hand, Aztec sun and on the abdomen, and Aztec calendar and Speedy Gonzalez on the back. His probation violation is for the original conviction of solicitation of human smuggling, a Class 6 felony.
• Derrell Edward Simmons — Male, 51. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 170 pounds. Bald with graying hair and hazel eyes. Aliases: Eddie Simmons, Dennis Marshall, Dennis Edward Simmons. Tattoos: several skulls in a design & “Deeds not Words” on the left hand, several Celtic and knot designs on the right arm, and a tribal design on the back. His probation violation is for the original conviction of criminal trespass in the first degree (domestic violence), a Class 6 felony.
• Francisco Javier Escobedo — Male, 54. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 160 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Javier Escobedo, Francisco Escobedo. His probation violation is for the original conviction of assault per domestic violence, a Class 1 misdemeanor.
