Cibola registration starts Tuesday
Eighth-grade students planning to attend Cibola High School in the fall can finish a portion of their registration requirements this week.
Evening registration will be taking place from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.
Students with a last name beginning with A-L should register Tuesday, M-Z on Wednesday and any other students unable to attend on previous days should register on Thursday.
Parents also can register their child during school hours Friday.
“Registration procedures include completion of the YUHSD registration paperwork, evaluation of immunization records, submitting of birth certificates and submission of proof of residence,” stated school officials.
“Representatives from the Guidance Department, Special Services, Modern Language Department, Nurse's Office, AVID and the Academics office will be on hand to help guide parents and students of the class of 2016 through the registration process.”
Parents must also bring their child's completed YUHSD registration paperwork, immunization records, copy of birth certificate and proof of residence to help ensure that the registration process will go smoothly.
Registration will take place in Cibola's library on the backside of the Cibola administration building. For more information, call Conrad Lujan or Kevin Swearingin at 502-5720.
