Drive Safe to watch 8th Street

Starting Monday, officers with the Yuma Police Department will be monitoring 8th Street as part of the ongoing Project Drive Safe.
Officers will be watching for speeders, as well as turning and seat belt violations.
As of Nov. 12, Drive Safe has resulted in 2,496 citations.
