Crews trimming trees along I-8

Arizona Department of Transportation maintenance crews are trimming trees throughout the month along Interstate 8 in Yuma from 16th Street to the California state line.

Drivers are advised to be aware of intermittent shoulder closures that may occur in the work zone between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays until the end of October.

ADOT advises drivers to proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
