Water valve break interrupts service

Water service was restored to a Yuma neighborhood Thursday afternoon after a water pipe collapse caused an outage.
The area bounded by 12th and 16th streets and 5th Avenue and Avenue A lost water Thursday morning.
It was restored as of 1:30 p.m., city officials said.
