Burn camp survivors, city of Yuma firefighters and their families set up the annual memorial to 9/11 on the front lawn of Yuma Fire Department Station No. 2, 3284 S. Avenue A, late Monday afternoon. When completed, the memorial, organized by Paul Evancho, a YFD engineer, features 343 flags.
