Corrections for 11-4

An article on A2 of the Yuma Sun Wednesday incorrectly stated the name of the presiding judge in the court case of a Phoenix pastor who claims he was beaten at a border patrol checkpoint in Yuma County. The correct name is Justice of the Peace Pro-Tem of the Yuma Justice Court Yolanda V. Torok.

Also, the name of mayor-elect Alan Krieger was misspelled in a story on page A1 of Wednesday's edition.

Also, a story on A1 of the Wednesday edition of the Yuma Sun incorrectly described the role of the Yuma County Attorney's Office in regards to the San Luis grocery store investigation. The attorney's office is not investigating the case. The office is, however, working closely with the San Luis Police Department regarding the handling of the investigation. The Yuma Sun regrets these errors.
