Tour homes for sale Saturday
If you're looking for a change of scenery in town or thinking about investing in real estate, come check out a few houses for sale this weekend at the Yuma Sun/RE Magazine Open House Event.
Six homes around Yuma proper will be part of the tour from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Appointments aren't needed, so prospective buyers are encouraged to visit all of the homes. Prize drawings will be held at each house. Friday's Yuma Sun will have listings, complete with a map.
The Yuma Sun and RE Magazine launched its Open House Event series earlier this year. Potential buyers will find real estate professionals on hand to answer their questions about financing and homeownership and either give them walk-throughs or allow them to check out the houses at their leisure. The viewings are free of charge.
If you're thinking of investing in a Foothills property, Nov. 17 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. will be the Foothills leg of the event. The lineup is still being confirmed, so watch next Friday's Yuma Sun and the upcoming edition of RE, tucked into next Saturday's newspaper, for a listing and map of the Foothills offerings.
