Correction: Mayor lawsuit

A front page article in Saturday's Yuma Sun regarding a lawsuit filed by Yuma City Mayor Alan L. Krieger failed to mention that the City of Yuma also is a defendant.
Other defendants include the six members of the Yuma City Council, City Administrator Greg Wilkinson and Pat Wicks, city finance director in their official capacities.
Krieger is seeking to recover attorney's fees he incurred at his own expense to defend himself in an investigation into charges of the mayor's alleged misconduct in office.
The Yuma Sun regrets the error.
