Did weak orders result in deaths?

Most of those in charge in America’s embassies around the world are either appointed or come from liberal training for those positions. Liberal embassy personnel would have us believe that their protection should be from the host country, but they all know that some of those host countries can turn on them in a matter of hours.

U.S. Marines serving as representatives of the president of the United States are usually assigned to embassies to provide protection. The level of protection will be determined by the ambassador himself or herself. In other words, will these Marines or other staff be allowed to carry guns and if so how large a caliber.

They will also be dictated to by the ambassador about when military engagement will be allowed against their host country. Will it be after they’ve cleared the compound walls or will it be after they’ve entered the offices where they are.

There is no excuse that Libya can give to deny their responsibility to our embassy personnel.

If we find out those deaths were caused by our weak standing orders to those who physically protect our embassy, those orders have to be changed.
