County should leave animal issue alone
Kudos to G. Woodward on his letter concerning animal control. They have NO business interfering with the Humane Society of Yuma and the great job they are doing. The county supervisors obviously have their heads in the sand as to how things should be run. They should leave well enough alone and let the HSOY do their job. The new facility is great and has many volunteers who care a great deal about the animals. Financially it makes no sense for the county to try and take over the animal control. They should absolutely stay out of it, and forget about wasting taxpayers' money.
