Yuma Sun biased in favor of Obama

Another day (Oct. 29), another biased cartoon ridiculing Mitt Romney. We actually did subscribe to the Yuma Sun about 25 years ago, but due to the lack of reliable service, started purchasing it from a neighborhood market.

Like most people who read a local paper, we look for any local news of interest, obituaries (in case we are included), movie show times and even any report that may be fair and balanced. That last one is, unfortunately, few and far between.

However, the back breaker, or proverbial straw, is the repetitive “The Mighty Pen” bias against one candidate or party in favor of another. With the agenda of the president and the left so destructive to the American Way and the freedoms we have fought and died for, I am shocked this paper continues to ignore all of the faults and obvious ineptitude this administration displays every day!

Can anyone imagine the press (including the Yuma Sun) reacting the same way about Libya if this administration was Republican? The tragic happenings in Libya concerning the deaths of our ambassador and others would be reported like Watergate (this is worse, no one died in Watergate!), World War II or the 9/11 attacks. The press would be screaming for his head, for impeachment and his name definitely would be removed from the ballot. And rightly so!

Instead, because he is a left-wing socialist, it is ignored or any Associated Press story (also biased) about it put in the back with unimportant pages. Do not solicit us to subscribe to this rag ever again. We are done!
