Driver callously hit son on bike
My son could have been killed Sept. 17 by a man driving a black truck. By the grace of God, he only has a concussion and multiple abrasions and contusions (cuts and bruises). Did you have fun when you swerved and tried to hit him as he was simply riding his bike to school? Did it make you feel important? Did it make you feel manly?
You have no way of knowing he rides his bike to school because our car isn’t running, that he has a brother with special needs who he runs errands for and makes sure all his needs are taken care of or that he is a football player. Now he is out for the next 2 to 4 weeks. His chain on his bike is broken, so now he will have to walk to school.
You don’t know all the consequences of the action that you so callously committed, or how many people it affects.
I hope you are proud of yourself.
