Arpaio should obey law first

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is nothing but a crazy clown who is only abusing the power of his position with his anti-immigrant law enforcement sweeps.
It clearly reminds me of the past sheriffs from Alabama and Mississippi when they were always chasing the black people back then.
He has an obsession with chasing Mexicans and it seems that nobody is able to stop him. What is really going on with this man that doesn't even respect a federal order?
