Ice cream trucks out late at night

While I understand that many of the ice cream vendors are just trying to make a living, I am unsure what is happening around Arizona Avenue.

Recently, there were three ice cream trucks within a block of each other, alternating musical tones. Mind you, this was at 9 p.m. I was walking with my family and when they saw my daughter they sped up, then slowed way down. One specifically broke the law by blowing past a stop sign to get to the children playing.

I understand driving around during the day, but 9 p.m. is too late, and I worry for the safety of our children.
