Vice president discourteous

I watched the vice presidential debate and was surprised that the moderator allowed Joe Biden to cut in to interrupt Paul Ryan from having a fair chance to explain his policies.

I have never seen such discourtesy. When Mitt Romney and the president had their debate, there was no cutting in on each other’s comments.

I have realized in seeing Biden’s actions, it was the first time I have ever seen a horse’s backside with teeth.
