Truth should be filled with love
Is it possible to disagree with someone's lifestyle, religion, political ideas, etc. without being called “intolerant?” Is it possible to argue against any one of those things without being called a “bigot?” Is it Free Speech or Hate Speech to bring up facts and our opinions regarding such?
So many people can't tell the difference between attacking an idea and attacking a person or group of people! Also, many who disagree with an idea also don't understand that they should not attack the people who agree with that idea, but the idea itself. We should love others and let the Truth set them free!
But one thing remains, the truth cannot set anyone free if it is not spoken. And we can't really say that we love others if we believe that their paths will lead to ultimate destruction, but are silent about it.
The solution is not to refrain from speaking, but to let our words be filled with love.
“Instead, we will ***Speak the Truth in Love***, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of His body, the church.” Ephesians 4:15 NLT
