Money wasted on election pamphlets

I know how this country could save thousands, if not millions, of dollars.

I'm sure I am not the only person that has thought about this. I received an election information pamphlet in the mail with my mailing address and voting district from the Citizens Clean Elections Commission.

It had the candidates from all the districts in Arizona. Do I get to go to each of the districts in Arizona and vote for the candidates running in each district? I don't think so. If I don't get to vote in all those districts, WHY would I be interested in who is running and why.

Why waste all that paper, ink and time printing and sending me information about all the districts?

Looking in the pamphlet, I saw three people from my district out of all those listed in more than 160 pages. The way I see it, I and every other voter should only get info for the candidates in their district. It could save thousands or millions of dollars.

And since we do live in the United States and our main language is English, they would save millions more only printing all voter info in English.

All that wasted money could have been used for education, helping the homeless or hundreds of other things.

It makes you think, if the people running all this are people we voted for, maybe we need to really take a good look at the ones we have voted for.
