Abandoned Chihuahua is sweetest dog ever

Two years ago I adopted a tiny Chihuahua from an Arizona rescue group. It had been found running near downtown Yuma on a 122-degree summer afternoon.
Its feet were burned (from pavement), it was scared and starving. It was not spayed/neutered, it did not have an ID chip and it had some signs of abuse. It stayed in the local humane shelter for 10 days with no one to claim it and that is when it went to the rescue group and eventually to me.
Well, shame on you whoever you are who abandoned this dog, but also THANKS! Thanks because it is the sweetest and most devoted dog I have EVER had. There is so much love from the little one. I am so blessed that the original owner was so irresponsible. You lose, I win!
