Serious accident waiting to happen

The traffic on South Frontage Road between Fortuna Road and Walmart is very dangerous.
Because of the congestion, frustrated drivers tired of waiting are pulling out in front of oncoming traffic, expecting drivers to stop. It’s only a matter of time before there is a serious accident.
The traffic on South Frontage Road could be alleviated greatly if 40th Street were to be completed and paved between Fortuna Road and south Avenue 8E.
