Will city get real change?

Will Yuma city politics be a microcosm of national politics? Barack Obama was elected for "change." He pledged, "No more business as usual in Washington." However, after one year, he continues to be led around by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.
Newly elected mayor Al Krieger, you too were elected for change from business as usual. Will you too be led around by Watson, Stull and Moore?
