Fly U.S. flag before all others

During the winter, Yuma is inundated with winter visitors, many from our northern neighbor, Canada. Canada is a great country and the visitors are welcomed by us to enjoy our great winter climate and our great county, the United States of America. Flying the Canadian flag without respecting our flag does not set well with us, any more than if the flag is from some other country, Mexico included. Proper flag etiquette dictates that when in the United States, the Stars and Stripes are flown at the top of the pole with any and all other flags below it.

I live in the Foothills and for the past several days, a neighbor is flying the Canadian flag at the top of the mast without the U.S. flag. Hate to tell you this, buddy, but you are not in Canada anymore and your flag is annoying your neighbors.
