Policies force dependence

In regard to the letter by Charles Tackett ("Good people need not fear government," Nov. 12), do you really think the Democrats that are throwing this country under the bus are getting their thoughts from the Bible?
Greed is the big driver for all of them. We keep losing more and more jobs and the welfare line keeps getting longer. That way, more and more people have to depend on the government.
Wake up, that's what they want! Be sure to get as close as you can to any line they throw at us, but be sure to use both hands. Because when they get done, you might come up short.
