It makes no sense to add gun laws

To the anti-gun crowd out there calling for more gun laws, I ask you to put your emotions aside for a minute and think.

What IF these last unbalanced shooters had used semi trucks at 80 mph through the front door of that Colorado theater or that church or Safeway parking lot? Do you not believe there would have been a whole lot more death and carnage than what there was?

You know there are more than 85 million gun owners in the country, so if guns are the killers WHY is there anyone still alive at all? If you look at all the countries that have “no guns allowed” laws and their citizens cannot own one, these citizens also do not have the freedoms we enjoy here in the U.S.A.

So what does that tell you when you stop to think about it unemotionally for a minute, Huh?

It is not the gun that is the problem — that is merely a hand tool. So more gun laws are not going to stop these people from committing the crime. If you really want to stop this it is going to require more sincere effort than just passing another gun law.

All that does is add more protection for the criminal while he is doing a home invasion, etc.. I don’t believe they need any more help from our politicians.

The problem goes a lot deeper than a gun law and you would know that too if you are honest with yourself and stopped to think about it, right?
