Hardware store has customer service
Comments 0 | Recommend 0I moved to Yuma in 1995 and found the best hometown hardware store ever on Avenue B - Southwest Lumber. Their customer service has always been excellent - have a question, have an answer in 10 seconds, and be walked to your needed item.
One recent day was exceptional though. Six months ago I bought a fluorescent flood light from them. It died and I went back to buy a new one, bringing my old one with me so I could get the right one.
Guess what? The clerk (JB) said it was supposed to last 9 years so she gave me the new one FREE! No hassle, no paperwork. Where do you think customer service went? To Southwest Lumber!
Gotta love local businesses!
