APS charges are a rip-off

OMG have you seen the charges that Arizona Public Service is charging their customers?
You are charged for having an account, then they charge you for having electricity, then they charge you for having a meter, then for someone reading that meter, then for adding up your bill, then all the taxes, then finally your electricity usage.
What a rip-off. We should complain to the Arizona Corporation Commission about this travesty.
