Protecting border is job of agents

I read the recent article headlined “Border Patrol facing scrutiny for deadly force” and I absolutely could not believe what I was reading. Is this some kind of sick joke? Last time that I checked, the Border Patrol was there to protect OUR borders!

Mexican officials and Vicki Gaubeca with the ACLU apparently have a problem with this. Maybe the Mexican officials should control their people or their borders, but they can't seem to do that, which in turn forces the U.S. to have tighter security of our border. As for Gaubeca, it is time for her to relocate to Mexico since she is so concerned for their welfare.

In case the ACLU doesn't realize it, we already have millions of illegal aliens here who entered this country ILLEGALLY! On a daily basis, we have drugs and people passing through our borders. These men and women of the Border Patrol risk their lives on a daily basis to protect our borders and now they are supposed to endure having rocks thrown at them as well?

Whether the rock throwers do it as a distraction or do it out of sheer malice, either way it is unjustified. Maybe the parents of the 16-year-old who was supposedly at the wrong place at the wrong time should have taught their son to respect authority.

It seems to me that the ACLU cares more about the criminals and non-Americans instead of worrying about their own countrymen. It makes me embarrassed to be an American. In my opinion, the ACLU needs to be disbanded or at the very least they should be labeled what they are — which is anti-American!
