Keep politician's noses out of media

 President Obama, without fanfare, recently held a 2 1/2 hour meeting with his key political advisers - Rahm Emanuel, Robert Gibbs, David Axelrod, Anita Dunn and get this, representatives of the left leaning media (MSNBC for example).

That's two and a half hours to try and figure out how to get their opinions to dominate the air waves, while spending only 45 minutes with the general in charge of the war in Afghanistan.

Priorities may be out of whack!

What's happening here is an attempt to influence the media! Why are they so troubled by Fox News, and people like Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh?

Do truth and/or other opinions scare this administration?

Freedom of the press is (or should be) sacrosanct, and if this apparent attempt to find ways to manipulate the media doesn't trouble folks, it should.

It's difficult enough to get the facts these days, We don't need politicians, of any party, sticking their noses into how news organizations and radio/TV people operate their businesses.
