To bring you up to speed, the latest scenario has the 26-year-old accepting a plea deal that puts her in rehab for 90 days. If you are keeping score, this will be Lohan's sixth time in treatment in the past six years. And if I'm not mistaken, she's never completed one session yet.

I've actually quit keeping score. When she made a mockery of the whole judicial system, and the judicial system made a mockery of itself, I quit caring. I mean, if this were you or me, we'd still be making little rocks out of big rocks, on a first offense, if you catch my drift.

Anyway, I'm saying she'll be back on the street, drunk, in a wreck, in a brawl or dead in three days.
