Why so many sex offenders in Yuma?

What is happening here? It seems like every day in the newspaper we are notified that we are the recipient of a new sex offender. The other day it was changed to two new sex offenders.
What is it that is drawing them here to Yuma?
Someone ought to look into this before it is forcefully brought to our attention by a new offense.
