Egypt donation just doesn't make sense

Obama gets on TV and says he didn't declare DOOMSDAY over sequester (when he did). Maxine Watters said sequester would cost America 170 million jobs (when there are only 150 million people working). Now since the government said we are going broke, John Kerry announces that the U.S. will donate $450 million to Egypt plus $60 million to make their younger people like us. This on top of donating several fighter planes and tanks to Egypt. What is wrong with the people we trust to take care of AMERICANS?
