What’s wrong with this scenario?

Elementary school "A" is on their way to raising, by way of donations, $200,000 to send a small group of students overseas (London) to march for a couple of hours in a parade.

School "B," which is just a few miles away, is pleading for warm socks and coats for its elementary and middle school students who are in need.

Hmmm.
